1. Refund time

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, even though 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift card
  • Any items returned more than 30 days from delivery date.
  • There are some cases where only partial refunds are granted (if any).

3. Refund (if any)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Missing or late refunds (if any)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver personally shipped the order to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
